Here’s a tip:

Enjoy the beach bonfires at Tobacco Bay whilst sipping on the islands famous Dark and Stormy Drink, a mixture of rum and ginger beer.

Breathtakingly beautiful Bermuda sits in the mid Atlantic. The sparkling azure seas lap on to the prettiest pink sand beaches. The tiny island nation offers a formal take on luxury with excellent service, smart hotels and a strong colonial vibe. Grand pastel coloured houses dot the tiny offshore islands and wealthy residents enjoy a very smart lifestyle here. The island is renowned for its 9 golf courses – impressive for an island with just 21 square miles of land mass! The course quality is impressive, although hard not to be distracted by the beautiful bluebirds (yes real blue birds!) that live on the island – and some spectacular ocean views.

Stay at the classic Fairmont hotel, or go for the newer Rosewood Tuckers Point which has the islands only hotel guest only golf course.

When to go: Because of its position Bermuda has a shorter summer season with the best weather between June and September – so a perfect choice in the British summer time. Weathers are temperate year-round – perfect for golf.
