After studying PR & Media at University in Leeds and a brief stint working in the infamous George Hotel, Stamford - I started working in the insurance industry, a sector that is well represented with large businesses locally. Although Ive since left there were some real cornerstones of service industry excellence that I have been able to bring with me to my role here at More Travel.
My primary focus is to ensure all our clients have the very best experience with us, both before and after their booking is made. And my next project is looking at “Beyond The Booking” to make sure we’re helping everyone optimise their time on holiday - that could be anything from as simple as making sure the very best tables in the best restaurants are booked in advance - to more unique and unusual one of a kind experiences.
Im also enjoying getting to know the family holiday market and have been busy this year helping with reservations that satiate the needs of the whole family. Having two well travelled toddlers myself Im quite au fait at the demands of travelling with littlies.
